The MicroHarvester V2 combines all technical innovations and improvements of the last months. With the help of numerous customer interviews, we could manufacture an improved second version (V2) based on the MH-V1. The MicroHarvester V2 was planned, simulated and perfected using computer technology.

The lighting and climatic system is the heart of the MicroHarvester V2. It provides optimal environmental conditions in the planting chamber, like for example lighting, air-circulation, temperature and air humidity.

A cool tube provides optimal temperatures. The 250 Watts bulb is cooled with the help of the M.A.V.S. (Micro Active ventilation system) with the result that the plants can grow close up to the light source.

The MicroHarvester V2 has the new, fully digital NXE Lumatek electronic ballast. The planting area is illuminated with a Flower Spectre HPS 250 Watts manufactured by GIB-Lighting. This sodium-bulb has the optimal red/yellow chromatic spectrum. Thus the plant receives a healthy and stable stature, so high harvests can be achieved. The advantages at a glance:

The M.A.V.S. (Micro Active ventilation system) is a ventilation system developed by us particularly for the MicroHarvester. The M.A.V.S. combines activated charcoal filters and ventilation to equipment to continuously supply the planting area with fresh air. The exhaust air is filtered and odorless.

The outgoing air of the MicroHarvester V2 is exhausted on the back. The air discharge opening is connected light-proof and hermetically through a rubber-joint. The air discharge opening has a standard 125 mm connection and is equipped with a protective grid. If necessary, the included air pipe can be attached to this connection, so that the exhaust air can be led away purposefully from the MicroHarvester V2.

The MicroHarvester V2 is powered via a multiple socket outlet with integrated digital timer. This multiple socket belongs to the Premium line of the german quality-company Brennenstuhl.
The Aquapilot has additionally 2 permanent plug sockets (black plug sockets) for continuous current supply, independently of the time switch clocks. Technical data of the digital Aquapilot multiple socket connector:

The door of the MicroHarvetser V2 has a light protection tape. Thus no light can penetrate from the planting area outward. The galvanized intermediate level is highly loadable. It carries the planting tub and additionally stabilizes the MicroHarvester V2. There are three different height adjustment-levels for the intermediate level. If necessary, you can take out the level completely and place the planting tub on the lower floor plate. In order to ensure a sufficient air flow within the planting area, gaps are inserted at the back of the intermediate level. So the air of the lower chamber can flow into the upper planting room.

The galvanized intermediate level is highly loadable. It carries the planting tub and additionally stabilizes the MicroHarvester V2. There are three different height adjustment-levels for the intermediate level. If necessary, you can take out the level completely and place the planting tub on the lower floor plate. In order to ensure a sufficient air flow within the planting area, gaps are inserted at the back of the intermediate level. So the air of the lower chamber can flow into the upper planting room.

The planting area of the MicroHarvester V2 has two vertical, as well as one horizontal climbing aid, at the rear side of the planting area, made of aluminium. Different devices can be fastened at this climbing aid, as for example thermometer, hygrometer, or the plant-jojos. Further several wires can be strained, in order to offer to the plant more stability during the growing period.

The MicroHarvester V2 possesses a locking rod with a padlock including three keys. So the box can be locked surely forwards trespassers. A special seal locks the MicroHarvester V2 door hermetically, so that no light and no smells can escape from the planting area. Furthermore the MicroHarvester V2 has two carrying handles, with which one, better two, can carry the entire box.

The MicroHarvester V2 has four cable entries. While two cable entries are used both for the lamp and for the M.A.V.S., then remaining two outlets, that can be used for possible accessory equipment and/or modules.

The cable entries are firmly lockable with a screw connection, so that no cables can slip. A cable duct within the MicroHarvester V2 leads the electric cables reliably through the planting area to the cool tube and the M.A.V.S..

The MicroHarvester V2 also has an automatic irrigation system! You can go on vacation for a few days, even weeks! Normally a tank filling reaches for approx. 3 weeks!

The tank has a volume of 24 litres, a removable cover and consists of plastic. Across a sealed connection the nutrient- solution is led through the supply hose into the planting room. The cut-off valve makes simple removing and filling of the nutrient tank possible. In the irrigation set includes the nutrient tank, four Blumat-dripper, supply hose, cut-off valve, connectors and several soil-spits.

The included planting tray is placed on the intermediate level and serves as catchment basin for the surplus water. Further the planting tub comes with additional air circulation holes, in order to ensure air interchange between the upper and the lower chamber.

The special black & white reflection sheet can be fixed in the planting area. It increases the maximum luminous efficiency and reflects the light within the planting area. After several planting cycles, if the sheet is used and sticky, it can be removed simply from the planting area and can be replaced by a new sheet.

The professional thermo- / hygrometer combination makes it easy to read out the climatic data in the planting room. The equipment can be attached by a fixing clip to the climbing aid.

The plant-jojos help to move the sprouts into the perfect direction as needed. In that way you can influence the figure of your plants. The jojos are fixed with hooks and can simply be fastened to the climbing aid.
